Things to be aware of

• Minimum Stay Requirements – A minimum stay of 3 to 7 nights applies, depending on the season.
• Event Organizer Required – All weddings must be coordinated through an approved event planner, and all equipment must be brought in from external vendors.
• Electricity & Generators – For weddings, external generators are required as the villa’s electricity cannot support large event equipment.
• Curfew Policy – Loud music is allowed until midnight (70 decibels max), with indoor parties permitted until 2 a.m.
• Plan B Needed for Rainy Season – Marquees are recommended during May–October, as there are no built-in indoor spaces large enough to host all guests.
