Juanita co-founded The Romance Planners studio more than a decade ago, organizing weddings in Phuket for hundreds of international couples. Today, she continues to provide this service only to a limited number of clients every year.

Not every couple needs the same kind of support, thus we tailored our offering into three levels:
- Comprehensive Wedding Planning.The complete package, covering every detail from A to Z. This is generally the choice of all couples that do not live or spend significant time in Phuket
- Wedding management. This is for the couples that already made most decisions on venue and vendors, but need support in ensuring smooth operations
- Wedding styling. Providing inspiration and dedicated support in crafting the visual aesthetics of your wedding. This includes the selection and design of all styling elements, ranging from flowers and stationery to various decorations

A Dream Wedding in Phuket, thanks to Juanita and her Team!
We had the most incredible experience working with Juanita and her amazing team at Phuket Romance for our destination wedding. From start to finish, Juanita made the planning process so smooth and enjoyable, even though we were planning from Ohio, USA, and were not familiar with Phuket at all.
We were not only looking for a unique wedding experience but also had a few special requests: a noon wedding on New Year’s Day (the peak of wedding season in Phuket), and of course, we wanted it all to be perfect despite the challenges. Juanita took every one of our requests in stride and truly went above and beyond to bring our vision to life.
She helped us find the perfect venue and worked tirelessly to secure a location that was willing to host our special day at noon, during one of the hottest times of the year. Juanita also coordinated all of our other wedding needs—from finding the best hair and makeup artists to designing a stunning flower arch that looked exactly like we envisioned. She even helped us curate the perfect menu for our lunch reception at The Boathouse, Phuket, which was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented.
One of the things we appreciated most about Juanita was her excellent communication. She is calm, organized, and incredibly responsive, which made planning from afar so much easier. The team she assembled for us—from the hair and makeup team to the photographer, videographer, and assistant wedding coordinator Emily—were all exceptional. Every detail was taken care of, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations in every way.
We cannot thank Juanita enough for her dedication, professionalism, and the personal touch she brought to our wedding. We wholeheartedly recommend her and Phuket Romance to any couple planning their destination wedding in Phuket. She truly made our dream wedding come to life—and better than we had imagined!
