Megan and Anthony’s Midsummer Dream

Megan and Anthony chose to celebrate their union on the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year in our Hemisphere. This date, steeped in significance and traditionally celebrated by cultures throughout history from the Ancient Egyptians to modern-day Swedes, became a day of personal magic for the bride and groom.

Against the backdrop of The Surin Phuket‘s breathtaking white sandy beach, as private as nature allows, the couple declared their love before an intimate gathering of their nearest and dearest. Celebrant Tim Campbell orchestrated the ceremony with touching empathy and grace, his words carried on the sea breeze that blessed the day with unexpected freshness for the season.

Nature seemed to conspire in creating unforgettable moments: Megan’s long veil, caught by the wind, floated like a cloud, providing a series of ethereal photographs that will be treasured for a lifetime. As the sun traced its longest arc across the sky, it witnessed the beginning of Megan and Anthony’s journey together – a fitting start on a day that has symbolized new beginnings for millennia.
