Things to be aware of

• We recommend visiting the property and choosing the wedding time to match with high tide. In the low tide hours, the ocean rocks become exposed and make the scenery somewhat less impressive.
• If you are considering the Pier Pavilion for the ceremony, keep in mind that the structure in itself looks quite bare and would require a larger investment in flowers and decorations to look best. Also, being an open-air structure, it could be too hot until 5:30 pm or so.
• Some parts of the property start to show the signs of time, and renovations will gradually happen in the coming seasons.
