Can you describe one of your favorite bridal looks you've created?
One of my favorite bridal looks that I've created is a soft smokey eye. It's a timeless and versatile look that adds a touch of drama while still maintaining an air of elegance and sophistication.
For this look, I started by prepping the skin with a hydrating primer to create a smooth canvas. Then, I used a lightweight foundation to even out the skin tone and concealer to brighten any areas of darkness. I set the base with a translucent powder to ensure long-lasting wear.
Moving on to the eyes, I began by applying a neutral matte eyeshadow as a transition shade in the crease to add depth and dimension. Next, I used a soft charcoal or taupe shade to create the smoky effect, focusing on blending the color seamlessly for a seamless gradient.
To intensify the look, I applied a slightly darker shade on the outer corners of the eyes and along the lower lash line, blending it softly to create a cohesive look. I then added a touch of shimmer on the inner corners of the eyes to brighten and add dimension.
For the lashes, I curled them before applying several coats of lengthening and volumizing mascara to create full, fluttery lashes. Optionally, false lashes can be added for extra drama.
To complete the look, I softly defined the brows and added a hint of color to the cheeks with a natural-looking blush. Finally, I applied a soft nude or pink lipstick to complement the eyes and enhance the bride's natural beauty.
The result is a stunning bridal look that enhances the eyes while still looking soft and romantic, perfect for any bride looking for a classic yet modern makeup style on her special day.
